School, a new chapter

We had a back to school party for the little ones. I hope to make this a new tradition every year in our family.

The kids got the make their very own pizza, and the menu was kid oriented with homemade battered dipped mini corn dogs and a cupcake for dessert.

The next day, we headed off to Science World as we had promised to go one more time before summers end. Since school starts tomorrow, we had perfect timing because it was a long weekend. This meant that Dad got to come along this time.

We headed to our favorite spots.

This one below is our VERY favorite. It takes pictures of your shadows. We spend lots of time in here being a T- Rex and jumping. In this one, I am the photographer of the wild animals. Very cool.

My son still likes trains, not as much as he use to. This is a little city scape replica of Vancouver.

Tomorrow is our big day. I am quite sad and very excited at the same time. This wont be the first time he has been in classes or even alone in classes, but its just so final. Once your child is in school, they don’t come out until they have a degree. This is a very long time, and I just pray I have done all the things I should have. That I have guided my son to be strong and keep his morals about him as outside people start to influence his life now. I hope he has an awesome teacher that teaches him to love learning, and that along his little journey, he makes friends, and always feels the love and guidance of myself and his dad.
